#PublicDebtIsPublic (the “Platform”) is a collaboration between the Sovereign Debt Forum, the Institute of International Economic Law at Georgetown Law, the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary University of London, and the Massive Data Institute at the McCourt School for Public Policy, collectively the “Platform Sponsors.” The Platform Sponsors created an online platform, which provides access to: (i) legal documentation and other data, information and content; and (ii) documents that are publicly available (as of the time they are collected) or otherwise independently provided by third parties (collectively, the “Information”). The Platform is not authorised to carry on any regulated activities in any jurisdiction.
